
Lecturer in the field of Business Administration at the University of Oviedo since 2009, and member of the GICONSIME research group.
She holds a PhD in Information and Documentation from the University of Granada. The doctoral thesis, La gestión de calidad en el sistema universitario español: su aplicación al diseño y construcción de TESQUAL (2004), was supervised by Prof. María Pinto Molina.
The academic career has been developed in the area of Business Organization, combining teaching and research across undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programmes.
Research activity focuses on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, environmental management, and data analysis, with particular attention to quality management systems and their application in organisations and higher education.
This work has resulted in a consolidated academic profile, including publications in indexed international journals, book chapters and participation in multiple competitive research projects, including national funding programmes.
She has also collaborated with industry through applied research contracts and has participated in numerous international conferences.
Academic activity is complemented by experience in university management and governance, including leadership and coordination roles in postgraduate studies and institutional committees.
Within GICONSIME, contributions focus on sustainability, data management and the integration of organisational and environmental approaches into construction-related research.
